By accessing or using this website or placing an order with Holycome Jewelry, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability. We accept credit cards, PayPal, bank wire, and USDT. Payment is due in full before production begins on custom pieces. In-stock pieces ship after payment clears.

Custom pieces

Custom designs require CAD approval before casting. Once you approve the 3D render, the piece is considered final and cannot be canceled. We offer unlimited revisions before approval, and one free resize after delivery.

Shipping & Risk

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon handover to the courier. We ship insured and provide tracking numbers. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns

See our Returns & Refunds page. Custom pieces and engraved items are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is found.

Intellectual property

All product images, CAD renders, and copy on this site are the property of Holycome Jewelry. You may not use our images without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
