Ready-made pieces
Unworn, undamaged pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Custom-made pieces
Because custom pieces are built specifically for you, they are final sale. However:
- One free resizing within 60 days of delivery.
- 12-year workmanship warranty — stone loosening, plating wear, solder failure all repaired free.
- If a piece arrives damaged or wrong, we remake it at no cost.
