How long does a custom piece take?

Most bespoke orders take 3–5 weeks from approved CAD render to delivery. In-stock pieces leave our Wuzhou workshop in 2–5 business days and arrive in 2–5 days by DHL/FedEx.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we ship insured express to 100+ countries. Free shipping on orders over $99. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

What is your return policy?

30-day free returns on unworn, undamaged in-stock pieces. One free resize within 60 days. Custom and engraved pieces are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is found.

Are your stones certified?

Every moissanite center stone is GRA-certified and laser-inscribed with a matching certificate number. Lab-grown diamonds carry IGI or GIA certificates on request.

Can I order wholesale?

Yes — we supply boutiques, jewelers and online retailers in 40+ countries. Email wholesale@holycome.com for our wholesale price list and MOQ.

Do you offer free design?

Yes — our CAD team will render a photoreal 3D design within 3 business days, free of charge, with unlimited revisions until it is exactly what you want.

What metals do you offer?

Standard pieces are 925 sterling silver. We also offer 10K/14K solid gold and platinum upgrades on request. Contact us for gold pricing.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Clean with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners. Store in the pouch we provide to prevent scratches.
